We have a location with two networked Merlin Magix switches.
Two Sites --
Site A: Phone company PRI is terminated here
Site B: Networked to Site A using T1, voicemail (Keyvoice Small Office) is here.
Previously "operator calls" to the main number were answered at Site B. They had no trouble doing a voicemail transfer to extensions at Site A.
In the last few months, the operator has been moved to Site A.
Since the operator has moved, she cannot do voicemail transfer from Site A to Site B.
They can do regular transfers and normal coverage will take care of getting the call to voicemail.
