Voicemail to Reception Number

Hi All,

My boss wants to have all his group have a voicemail and an option to press "0" after the voicemail greetings, how do we configure to enable this kind this scenario?..

Today, what happens when you call someone, hear their greeting and press zero?

Now just have people re-record their greeting adding "...or if you need immediate assistance, press zero now."

Typically, users can modify their Operator assistance target by pressing 801 when they are logged into their own mailbox.

yes they will record their personalize greetings to have an option like this "Please leave a message after the tone or press zero to be transferred to our receptionist" so how do i enable this?
