Voicemail to email

Hi, could some one help me with this issue please. I am trying to setup voicemail to email on CMM 6.2. When I hit send test email, I get cannot log into email server. On the SMI when I click on run test for both IMAP and POP3 it says connection refused. Where do I enable POP3 and IMAP in cmm 6.2?

The connection refused means that your firewall or email server does not know who the CM is and it is what is causing the issue.
