Voicemail to email

Hi guy's

I have a probem with a IP office 8.1 (65) and Voicemail Pro. The voicemail to email are configured correctly, like all the time i do but the client didnt receive ther email. The provider are relais.videotron.net with no credential. There a screenshot of what i have take from the monitor but he don't seem have error on that...

Embedded has a habit of getting flagged as spam. Try something like GMX to test and make sure it works.

Set up a gmx mail account to test that it is working correctly.

So if i understand i put a smtp of Gmail as exemple and try to receive the email.. that right ?
 
no. Just sign up for a gmx email account ( Use their SMTP info and your username/pass you setup as the email server for your voicemail to email. Use their info stead of your videotron account. Send to the same email addresses.

On the flip side, you can set the email address of a user perhaps to a personal one that you can see if the message comes through. That will also let you know that it is working, but just getting flagged. Like I said, I've seen more embedded flagged as spam than anything else.

A question

In the voicemail pro The domain was important ?? cause i enter videotron.ca and my client just told me he use videotron.net !
 
Ok i create the adress voicemail@... on the exchange of the client and that work now..
Strange that the first time i need to create this adress physicaly.
 
If its VM Pro then set up the SMTP logging. It will tell you where it is failing
 
Yeah I see now he's using VMPRO. Turn on logging like 1043 said and it would have told you the issue.
