open monitor and check the DNS setting and see if it resolves.

teletechman: When I enable the DNS Option (Services > DNS) in Monitor and leave myself a voicemail all I see is my pool.ntp.org for my SNTP Time setting.

Nothing else came up in the trace.

By the way this is on a UCM and I noticed the Gateway is set to the IPO LAN. Could this be the issue?

I don't know if you can use comma separated DNS in the settings, what happens if you only enter one?

janni78: That was populated by the ignition process, I did not enter anything in those fields pictured.

System DNS
Enter the address of the primary DNS server

So it should only contain one DNS server

Good to hear.

Even if the UCM is 'behind' the IPO it's internal network interface is bridged with the IPO network interface. It's like IPO and UCM are connected to the same switch.
