Voicemail to Email Runs once?

I have a IPO 3.1.56 VMP-3.1.16, sends an email for the first message, but never again until service is stopped and restarted. This was a self-support customer adding the service and I havn't seen it, just woundering if anyone has seen it yet. Works fine at home.

SMTP with a local relay that it seems to be hitting fine, the problwm seems to be with the VMPro, I had another tech work with the cust and My guy seemed to think VMPro issue, like I said, works fine at home.

So you have the email address and copy selected in the user profile? And you have smtp selected in the vmpro client and you have the smtp computer entered into the vmpro utility in control panel?

Can you telnet into the smtp computer? Is the vmpro computer plugged directly into the IPO lan port?

I came across this issue about 4 weeks ago. Worked directly w/ Tier 4 and we now have a fix. You need 3.1.18_5. It does fix the issue. It seemed to happen with domain-bound machines, especially when running server instead of XP.

Hmmm interesting. Would that be server 2003 sp1 or any server OS.

I know that I am still having problems with server 2003 sp1 and IMS and CCC. I have to disable the firewall in order to get those two to run properly.

The IMS services won't start with the firewall on.
