I have a customer that has voicemail to email
It is not working
Their users are set to "forward" which means there is not a copy of the voicemail in their vm box. They are "queued" waiting for the ability to send.
Are the wav files temporarily stored anywhere? Because from what I understand the messages will disappear if I reboot the system and the only way I can change the smtp address is to reboot.
This is a uc module. I need to get those voicemails off the system before I reboot
