Hi,

Has anyone seen this error before and what's causing it?

CSMTPClientMsg::processResult - Failed sending Voice Mail to Email:
From Vpim: mbox_0@16.0.0.5
To Mailbox: 0
To Domain: ***@***.co.uk
File Name: N_V4c87ae03.024.

CSMTPClientMsg::processSMTPErrorResponse - Received SMTP error:
554 5.7.1 Message prohibited (PROHIBITED FILENAME - N_V4c87ae03.024.wav)

CSMTPClientMsg::SendVoiceMsgToEmail - Error sending </vmail/vpim/outgoing/N_V4c87ae03.024> to <>

Many thanks

something about the SMTP server is refusing .wav files, or attachments with .wav name

almost certainly nothing you can do on the Mitel about this

it will; need fixed on the mail server, which is defined in:
System Options

Thanks - I did think that but my network engineers wouldn't believe it. Once you confirmed it they then had a look and you were right.

It was being blocked by our smtp filters.
