I'm trying to get Voicemail to email on a BCM50 r5 working through SMTP. I think I did it correctly but not too sure. Please see steps below and let me know why It might not be working. THANKS!
Put SMTP info in Call Pilot Manager's System settings with all properties properly filled out.
Set the class of service for the mailbox so it is able to receive email.
Tested but not working.
