Voicemail to email issue

I have a new 9.1.5 vmpro install i just finished and the customer wanted voicemail to email. I have done the previous but this one wasn't working. I open my debug to find that i get an error of VMREGISTRY- DECRYPTING SMTPPASSWORD FAILED
