One of our customers is having an issue with voicemail to email getting caught up in Junk mail in outlook. We are unable to set the sender host as a safe sender because the header format is:

The rest of the domain information that I have set up in the 3300 ICP controller is not showing up when it forwards voicemail. Has anyone run across this problem before? Thank you.
