We have IPO500 v6.1 with Voice mail pro 4.1 running on a system with Exchange 2003. We were getting our voice mail in our email.

We just migrated to Exchange 2007, changed the settings on the voicemail server in the control panel in the IP Office Voice Mail Pro to reflect the new Exchange server name. We verified the same account can in fact log into the new Exchange server.

still no voice mail in email. What am I missing here?

Are you just doing simple SMTP or some kind of IMS/UMS? do you get any errors in the event viewer on the VM pc.

Go back to the vm control panel app and put an email address into the first tab. Exchange 2007 forced you to send a "From" address by defalut where 2003 and 2000 did not care.

Covered here before.

Use system monitor unless of course you are a Tard then it IS the fault of the pbx.

Kwing: I was not involved with that part of the deployment so I'm not positive, but believe we are using IMS/UMS. We are getting errors in the event viewer. see the event details below.

Source: UMserver
Type: Error
Event ID: 4

Unable to determine the default location where e-mail is stored.
The following error occurred:
The Microsoft Exchange Server computer is not available. Either there are network problems or the Microsoft Exchange Server computer is down for maintenance.

Engineering Information:
Error Number: 8004011D
API Called: IMAPISession::OpenMsgStore
Function: EMailManager::OpenDefaultStore
File: .\EMailManager.cpp
MAPI Information:
Version : 0
Component : Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store
Low level error : 2147746069
Context : 1318

The error references MAPI. Are you using Outlook to sent voicemail to email or SMTP? I would suggest MAPI as the SMTP client in VMP isn't able to authenticate against Exchange 2007/2010 so you would need to setup anonymous authentication in your receive connector to bypass that. If you plan to use UMS you would need to use MAPI anyway.
