We have upgraded to MCD4.2SP2 PR1.
4 sites linked with IP.

We have a problems whereby on one 3300, when a voicemail is left and this is sent to the users email we cant see the CLI in the email header. This works fine on all other sites.

Does anyone know of the setting that controls this?

Thanks

Are you using embedded voicemail?
If so
Does each controller have it's own vmail system?

thanks for the prompt response, yes embedded vm all on seperate systems.
On the 3 sites that work - The CLI in the header displays for voicemails left from extensions local to the same 3300, and for external inbound calls.
The soluton has never worked for extension calls from site to site off different 3300s.

However this one site in question we dont recieve any CLI details in the header at all - doesnt matter whether the vm was left from an extesnion housed on the same 3300, or from an external party.

i hope this makes sense

Thanks

Do you get CLI displayed on phones?
If so check the CLI DDIS options in the COS of the vmail ports

yes we recieve CLIs on the handsets and on the call logger reports. We have checked the quoted setting and they are identical to the sites that work.

Do you know specifically what settings relate to this?
