Voicemail to e-mail sent message time??

I have an EU who has VM to E-mail which works ok, the messages are delivered in real time, however the e-mail shows the message sent time an hour before the message is received.

I believe there is a time zone offset in the Voicemail Networking form.

Option - Time Zone
Description - The time zone of this ICP (compared to GMT). The default value is GMT - 4:00.
