Voicemail to E-Mail in CMM Error

Hi All

We configured the Second mail Box in Outlook for Pulling the Voicemail Email box

after configuring when we test the accounts it gives error invalid username & password , i checekd the extension & password is correct

Any idea why this eror , need any modifaction on Excahnge

Any advcie on this highly appriciated
