voicemail time stamp

When voicemail messages are opened in callpilot there is no time stamp that is announced by silicon Sally before the message is played. Is there a setting somewhere to change this?

I had the same issue the other month on thread1361-1543455

The solution for me was following the above thread

NCSS, NCDS, NCTS
