Voicemail takes a long time to get to phone

I have a problem that happens occasionally on our Avaya Modular Messaging system. Any user will get a voicemail indicator on their phone from a message that was left earlier in the day (couple of hours) sometimes even the previous day. By the time they get the voicemail the information someone was trying to get to them is old.

When was the MM last rebooted, if its been over 90 days, I would reboot it
