Voicemail services stay down after backup

BCM200 v3.7. When the backup runs the voicemail is still inaccessible after the backup finishes. it seems to be intermittent amongst the sites, anyone have any ideas. They are patched up.

I had that problem before on 3.7 but as i recall it was fixed by one of the patches.When you say fully patched, is it the latest SU(3 i think..) or all the single patches as well?

Yep, I have SU3 and the individual patches. I will double check though. Thanks
