VoiceMail service keeps "stopping" BCM 400 4.0

When I look under service manager, the voicemail status is "stopped" I start it then click off the page and back on to refresh, it has stopped again. Sometimes it will stay running long enough for me to place a test call into voicemail but thats about it. Anybody heard of this?
I am looking to upload the patch

Does this happen after a scheduled backup? I had a BCM that after a backup, the VM would not restart and we would have to reboot it. There is an update for that.

No scheduled backups are configured. But, this would happen only after a reboot and I would have to stop and start the service and all would work again. Now it is just stopping by itself. I am schecduled to update the BCM with the patch listed above. Is that the patch/update you are referring to?
 
One more thing...
The voicemail service keeps stopping so will that effect the update/patch process. I know that when applying an updaye or patch all features are stopped. My guess is that all services are stopped during the update then after the reboot they "should" all start again.
Am i right?
