Voicemail Saving Quota

Hello - There's a section in the Call Manager that seems to be the right one to change the amount/space of voicemails for an specific user:
Cisco Unity Connection administration>Users>USERID>Edit>Mailbox, there's a Mailbox Settings section and a Mailbox Quotas with the Custom and Use System Settings sections. Are the Custom options (Warning Quota, Send Quota, Send/Receive Quota) related to directly allowing a user to keep more saved messages than the default settings?
