Voicemail Rollover

I have a Merlin Legend system here and I am trying to figure out how to setup the main switchboard/operators mailbox(100) so that once it fills with messages instead of saying to the clients that the mailbox is full, it will rollover to another mailbox(999). I tried to contact our support vendor but they wanted something around $70 per half hour to tell me how to do it which the current IT/Telephone budget is now $0. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You really just want to make the mailbox bigger to accept more messages, and be diligent about clearing old messages.

Tell us what VM you are using, and someone can tell you how.

TouchToneTommy : The mailbox is set to the largest capacity, but we do not have a full time person to answer the phones at the location(Health Clinic), so the mailbox will fill up with messages after about 5 hours. From what I have been told so far is that it was setup to do a rollover previously but something happened to the system which disabled that setting.

Sorry for the delay, I have checked the voicemail and it is a Merlin Mail Release 3. There are two boards other boards in the setup one says "Processor W/CKE5" and the other one says "016 MLX". If any more info is needed just tell me what it is that you need and where to find it (I don't know much about phone systems). Thanks for your help.

I work on some mail systems, but not the Merlin Mail Release 3. Some mail system have a option to pull the messages out of the voice mail and put it in a Outlook or other email server. Does Merlin Mail Release 3 have this option?

I don't think it has that capability, I know that it is not hooked up to a computer. I have looked through the manuals for the phone system but it doesn't explain how to set something like this up.
