Voicemail ringing - Electra Elite 192

Hello all,

Our system: Electra Elite 192

we are having problem with our phones at the front desk (operators). Both of them are set to ring when either zero (0) is pressed or when a call is coming through.

Now the problem is that both ring out of control - sometimes it amounts to 25% of all calls in a day. The ring is slighly different then regular calls. It has one long sound and then it just hangs up. Its driving our operators crazy.

I was going through the CoSession and found that Voice Port Station Numbers are 200-207. Maybe this will help sort the problem out?
Any ideas?

You may want to look through the personal directory at the notification options for each mailbox, and make sure that no mailboxes are set to notify to 0 or some other off the wall number.
