I like to know about a way to retrieve data about our cs 1000M voice mail.
We use Call Pilot 4.0.
1. I like to know how many calls was diverted to the extension VM
2. caller id of calls diverted to the extension VM
3. When mail box is full or 90% full
4. How long is the oldest message in the extension VM
I need to export all data to our SQL reporting tools on hourly / daily bases
