OK, me again. Paralegal not techie!

2nd Issue:

Our current recording is outdated (at the least) It does not include new employees. But when I try to re-record it, it tells me my message was too long.

The manual just confuses me. Here are my questions relating to the above issue:
1.is this the auto attendant or the CCR system?
2.what is this msg A,B,C and the user ones d,e,f mean?
3.is this really too complicated for me? Our installer wants $250 to even talk to me, because we opted out of the service contract. (er well the old, dead and gone employee did)

Please help me.

Hi Faithy,

If your recording is offering single digit dialing for individuals then it is using CCR. If I had more details I could help you. Where are you going to attempt the recording? If your feeling frustrated and would prefer some over the phone support feel free to send your contact info to bonnie@azureservices.ca
