Voicemail Read Out Rather Quickly

Hello All - On three users so far, when they listen to their voicemail, they come out on a speedy pace, not the normal, regular speed. Any idea why this would have happened in the first place & how can it be resolved? I have access to the CCM Admin web console. Thanks in advance
 
When in the voice mail press 4 to slow the message down, 6 to speed it up.

Apparently the message playback can also be reset to Normal on the Cisco Unity Connection web console. I can get to the Cisco Unity Connection Administration> Advanced> Conversations but do not know how to do it on a per user basis. Does anyone know how to do it on an specific user?

 
Figured out. User> Select user: The Edit option is at the top.
