Voicemail/Rad Ports not Working 1

3300 4.1 with Embeded Voicemail.

One of our customers has an ACD path on their 3300. It's been working for almost a year.

Two days ago the embeded Rads stopped wotking, when one call the Rad's Directory Number you hear nothing, and other ports you get ERROR.

The Ports for Voicemail were working fine so to remedy the emergency I took some of the V/Mail ports and changed to play Rad Sets. It worked for a couple of hours and then those ports also stoped working.

I have no alarms on the system. STATE of the PLID where the Rads are are Idle.

Any Ideas where the problem may be?

If you do a "loc feat ext <ext>" do the ports say DND?

and it solved

Yes, four of the ports are in DND state.

Is there a way to remotely remove the DND? I will have a look at the help online.

Also, any Class of Service Option to prevent DND on the Voicemail ports?

I suspect you changed the message that was on there now it's longer.
In the COS of the RAD ports change the Expected off hook timer to be whatever the MAX is.

To remove DND you can use the 3rd party clear all features code. You'll have to look it up in your feature codes.
Or
you can you the remote dnd cancel feature code.

The COS of your phone will have to be allowed to use either function.
