Hey All,

I have an install I'm having some issues with seeing if other are having the same with R3.2

Problem: Completed install, tested system from my cel phone, AA picked up as it should on all lines. I left the office and tested it from my home last night and the AA would not pick up, would ring 2x's then dead air. I logged in remotely this AM and did a restart onthe VM Service and the AA picked up upon calling... I just received a call from the Customer that the AA is not picking up, I called and same thing... 2 rings and then dead air.

Seems like the VM service is stalling out... but not sure..

Any ideas? Anyone know if this is a problem with the new release? Or have similar issue?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Sounds like the voicemail server is not seeing the license key server. The VM service will for 2 hours with a license then stop. Once you restart the service you have another 2 hours.

I'll check that out... was also told by Tech Support to check Tech Tip # 113. I'll let you know what I come up with!!!

Thanks for the reply!!

Ok.. I reseeded the Dongle and did Tech Tip # 113... So far AA still answering.. LOL!! We'll see how long it lasts!

Thanks for the tip!!

btw.. VM Pro was shoing invalid and after reseeding was Valid, so think that might have been it!

Thanks again for the help!
