Voicemail Question

We have a Starplus STS with the VM module. Voicemail works fine but what I'd like to do, if possible, is to create a voicemail box that group of extensions have access to.

For example, we have an accounting department. When a call comes in after hours for the accounting dept. the call forwards to a voicemail box. What i'd like to do is have the message light on all of the stations in the accounting dept light up.

Anyone's help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Yes, you can do that! Program a Voice Mailbox Button with the mailbox ID you want.

Press "Speed" twice

Press the button to be programmed (must be programmed in database as a flexible button)

Dial 460xxx (where xxx is the mailbox number)

Press "On/Off"
