There are some lines on our phone system that won't go into our voicemail (namely the local lines), and I need to get that set up. I'm sure it has something to do with groups, pools, lines, trunks, but other than that I have no idea what to do.
I can work my way around WinSPM, but thats about it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

depends on how you want them answered, for auto attendant immediate just add them into the hunt goups lines and they will get answered. there are other details such as those lines ringing for a sec before answered where ever they are. you may have to turn the ringing off with the *35 36 37 commands

Well, I'd like for it to be as it is now with the other lines. If noone picks up then it goes directly into the general voicemail box. But for some reason, I would guess only 3 of the local lines don't go into the voicemail box, it just rings and rings.
Problem is.. I dont know how to check for such a thing. I looked all through this board and I cant make heads or tails out of it.
I can use WinSPM (v5.0) to access the Merlin Legend (Audix is the voicemail), but I dont know how to check which lines are in and which arent.
Sorry that I'm so new at this.. I know how frusterating it is to explain all of this...

if you know how to use WinSPM then go to the print function and print out the calling group info. That will show you what lines are assigned to what groups. it sounds like you have delayed attendant setup where it will ring the console three times then if no answer it goes to auto attendant. This is usually done by assigning the lines to a call group that overflows to the vm call group after so many rings, find the call group that overflows and assign the 3 lines to that group.
