Voicemail question

We have a user who is hearing his greeting when pressing his voicemail button instead of it saying his name and asking for password.

his button assignment abrv-dial is just like all the others with List and DC being the same.

why would it not be working the same?

Possibly the Audix subscriber mail box is set to broadcast or bulletin board.

Did they record their greeting in place of the name, and it's actually playing the name file, but the user is thinking it's the greeting file?
