Voicemail prompt

Hi guys,

My client doesn't like, I quote, "the ROBOT woman" speaking once the user voicemail greetings have been played (beging speaking after the tone, when you're finished ...) is there a way to disable it on a per voicemailbox basis ?

That mailbox is available if the client breaks out of an ACD queue. He wants to ear his recorded message and that's it. Maybe I could replace the prompt by a simple "beep" ?

Here you will find listed what you can customise.
If you have a Nupoint system then this can be turned off in the FCOS of the individual mailbox
