Voicemail Problem

Hello

i am receiving a problem when people are trying to leave viocemails

it is a meridian opt 11

when i dial through after all the rings i get

"messages cannot be recorded at this time"

is this a memory problem....if so how do i clear this via the computer that i connect to the system with

is it global to all mailboxes, or is that box full?

it is global

i have been in the system and it says we have 105 mailboxes voice is 100%

is there a way to get a list of the numbers that have mailboxes? so we can decided ones that are most likely not being used and remove them

or even a way to see what numbers are currently at what size so we can catch the person not deleting them from the system

use the find command on users and at message space use + 20 minutes and find the users who have high storage..delete a few also sort on disabled mailboxes and delete..go into cos and change days read messages kept to 30 or so althoughthat will take over nightto delete

Thankyou finally found people we could delete from the system
we are making lots of space now
