Hi Guys,
Here the problem:
I have 3 ddi's pointing to 3 Nametag Hunt Groups 6502(Company A),6503(Company B) & 6504(Company C). Each Hunt Group has only 1 common member in each "3600" which appears as a multicall key on 2 reception phones, this allows the Receptionist's to answer with correct salutation Company a Company B or Company C. This works a treat, however on night service I want to point all 3 to a single mailbox to work as a basic answer machine.
So basically I thought I could redirect always "3600" to 6000 (Mail) in Night Service and the calls would all go to "3600"'s Mailbox. If I ring "3600" then this works ok, however if I ring the Hunt Groups of which the Multicall DN "3600" is a sole member the call dosent go to Mail but goes to the auto attendant who tries to transfer to the operator who will have gone home.
At the moment I've had to create and use 3 seperate mailboxes with same DN as the Hunt Groups to get this to work, this is then achieved by redirection on Night Service to "6000" (Mail) for each Hunt Group.
Any ideas would be much appreciated as this Customer is pretty hard to please...
