Hi again another problem..
I had to make a new system (mega) and had no xc roms available but my buildings system had an xc but we only have a midi system. So long story short I manually reprogramed the rom on another ksu with everything the setup the same. When I switched rom cart. I did a restore and all the programing came back upon my buildings system, but I have a problem with the voicemail.
The calls come in through AA and CCR (most anyways), then routed to individual phones. Once at the phone if they go unanswered they route back to the ccr tree.
I have checked with 980 and all mailboxes are still there, I can call from ext to ext and get voicemail. I also checked the cfna and this set to the voicemail port with 4 rings. Even tried on private lines and they forward to the ccr tree even though they are not going through the tree. Tried the prime on each line and this was set to none originally, then deleteing and adding the voicemail back and this doesn't work. Next step I was going to try was reinstall, and wipe everything. I hope I don't have to do this.
