I am looking to install UMS Web Services on a new Voicemail Pro. Currently, if I look at the Voicemail Pro client it shows IMS licensed and UMS Web Services stopped. Do I need to remove IMS before I get the option to load UMS and how do I remove IMS? The initial Voicemail Pro software was installed with the full option along with the client.

Installing UMS on a system where IMS has run before is giving problems, even if the software is removed. Can you install it in a clean server? This is faster than trouble shoutin on the server you have now.
