Recently moved an Avaya ip 406 system and now I'm receiving ccc licensing "invalid". The IT guy changed ip addresses for the network without telling me. Now I'm running into this problem.

In that case the server/PC with the licnce dongle (Red USB stick, red parallel device or silver serial device) attached has been re-addressed, you need to find out that IP address and change the systems licence key server to match :)

Tom, you can physically "move" a 406 :)
That has nothing to do with EOS

indeed :)

I'm holding on to the ones we have for dear life, keeping them for maintenance only. i only have about 3 left.

See what my brain does when it's not thinking about phones.

They will be collector items :)

I've changed the systems license server already. Reset the phone system and the pc. But still same issue

On the licene key server/PC is there a red square symbol in the notification area of the taskbar?

Yes, the feature key server. It shows the feature key number.

The delta server keeps trying to access the old ip address.

You should make sure that DNS is correct since the ip address has changed. CCC works alot via dns entry.

Captain Obvious would load up delta and change the address. Perhaps even use Reporting Admin Console.

licenses are finally up and working. However, my ccc reporting comes up, No available license could be found at this time.

Stopped both, restarted server, then reports. It's back up. Thais to all that helped.
