You really need to be speaking with a re-seller in your area for this information.
As for do we use it, of course we do its the running VM product for the IP Office.
I would like to add its actually one of the best VM's I have worked with.
It will work 100% on your 403. Who ever your talking to clearly does not know the product very well.

I cannot price this for you in this forum however to answer your question, yes, Voicemail Pro is absolute compatible with any version and model of IP Office.
