How do I get voicemail pro to give a directory list of extensions to callers?

The vmpro action of "call list" will list users in a hunt group. Make a hunt group and add the users u want listed in the directory. Becareful, this feature has limited functionality. I had problems a couple of software versions back, i think 2.1.27. Im not sure if they fixed it in 2.1.35 or 3.0.xx.

That's it, cept for one thing... is there a way to get her to play their voicemail "name" and not their ext?

BTW and i am using 3.0 (15) and thanks for the tip.

I found it.... as i was testing this out i forgot to record ext names in the voicemail.... (feeling stupid) once i did that everything worked ...
