we are having a problem with our voicemail system. On of my users has informed me that they are not receiving all their voicemail messages. She had left herself 2 messages as reminders, but never received them, and did not receive a voicemail from a caller who claims they left a message. After further investigation, i found out that the messages that the user was missing are still located in their account folder under

c:\program files\avaya\ip office\voicemail pro\vm\accounts\username

however, she cannot access them when she tries to access old msgs.

any ideas?

we are running voicemail pro 2.1

restart the voicemail pro service

check for extension number or username double ups

Also make sure the unser name does not have a trailing space

a space on the end on a name will enable the user to change thier Greeting & access VM but msgs will not be shown or deliverd.
