Voicemail Pro - XP Font issues with Splash Screens

ok, this is really annoying to me. On my XP Pro VM server, whenever I open VM Pro, the Avaya splash screen comes up, but the font is screwed up or missing. All of the text comes up jumbled and crazy. I was able to fix it one time by installing 300 fonts (hoping one of them would do it) and rebooted. Next time, it came up perfect, and I thought I was done. I rebooted a few days later, and it's back to doing it. Does anyone know the exact font Avaya uses on their splash screen and Help>About menu?

Good afternoon. I had the same problem in Windows 2000 and it was becasue my color depth was set to 256 colors. I set it to 16 bit high color and the problem went away.
