Voicemail Pro version 9 - Complete Sequence not working

Hi,

I have a call flow which ends on a call listen option, which I then want to email out, Ive set up the call flow as in the help manual but the email never gets sent. Email is working as I have tested just sending an email by moving the email action before the listen

Any ideas?
