Follow up to a previous closed thread. I had this same issue on Server Edition 9.1.4. Only resolution i could use was deleting the user and recreating. Enable and disable in VMPro Client was not helping. I also noticed the the VMPro Housekeeping was not working with this user as well.

Voicemail is disabled for that user.

Is this NJDevil the M.U.L.E. player?

Now experiencing escalation fatigue.

If Voicemail is disabled for the user the text will be Italic. Maybe this new red thing means the mailbox is full or corrupt. Enabling and disabling did not resolve the issue. Deleting the user and recreating resolved it though. As do most unexplained issues in IP Office.

Problems and Issues with IP Office are not an option as they come bundled in the software at no extra charge.

Red means the system thinks the mailbox is full or corrupt.

There was a bug back in R9 (might be gone now with SP9) which would have mailboxes look like they had 4 TB of content LOL. They were red.

Sounds like this might be a parallel bug in R9.1, or... who knows, maybe they re-introduced it. Wouldn't be the first time they did that.

when voicemail to email is enabled users tend to check their messages from their computer if on the road all the time and if it's a copy then messages when deleted from email will not be deleted from the mailbox, had to train them that they still needed to delete from their desk phones, maybe this is your issue as well a full mailbox!
