Greetings,
It's been a while since I've upgraded an existing VMPro, especially one that I didn't originally install. This one is currently at 8.1, bringing it to the new 11.0. Upgrading the IP Office is not an issue, as I know it needs to go to 9.0 first, and licenses need converted to PLDS, instead of ADI. That is done.
My question is with the actual VM Pro. I am backing up the current call flows and wav files. Does anyone know if the 9.0 step (or anything else) is required, other than uninstalling the current VM Pro client and installing the new? I am finding nothing R11-related from the usual sources, not even any tech tips/bulletins from Avaya.
Any advice is appreciated
