Voicemail PRO UC module SFTP Backup

I access Voicemail PRO. I clicked on Preferences and selected General. I tried to create a SFTP backup. I filled out all options under remote backup and selected SFTP. When I tested the connection i received error popup. " Test to Remote FTP Server Failed Error:FTP/SFTP client command failed. Can not verify FTP/SFTP details" What am i missing to make this work. Firewall back to my data center port 22 is open. Any advice or guidance will be appreciated.

What Version of IP Office is it? I have similar issue with 12.0 using the VM client.

Also make sure you have the Absolut path for the location something like: \folder name

I'm running version 12. I tried changing the path form \HOME\UCVM to /HOME/UCVM they both failed. I had port 22 opened on my firewall. Is they another port I need to have opened?

I have tried 4 system that are on 12.0 and I have not been able to configure the SFTP backup using VM Pro Client. 11.1 works fine.
Thinking it may be a bug or unknown change in security settings.

Has anyone else been able to get it to work?

I will try a version 11.X to see if it works. Ill let you know.
