voicemail pro tftp error

Hi All

Been having an issue where voicemail pro is active but not running correctly. Run the vm debug and it suggests it's a tftp error so I reset the password on the security settings but as I try enter the password on the client I get the following error. Please see attached photo. It's a Linux based vm.

In case you cant see the error it states password encryption failed please reenter. Has anyone got any ideas on how to resolve this.

delete the password in security and in the vm pro and try that.
are the apps server and the IPO on the same network or is the traffic routed?
