Hello fellow IPOffice implementers/supports, I'm new here so please bear with me.
This morning, I was making some changes to Voicemail using the Voicemail Pro client. The application froze up, and I noticed that my Voicemail server (11.1.2.1.0(build 1), running on linux OS) was also not responding/failed over to a secondary server. I got the services restarted and Voicemail functioning again, but now my Voicemail Pro server is sending me a system alarm every 60 seconds with the same information:
I'm not really sure what this is impacting, since everything seems to be working as it should; my voicemail-to-email is working, as well as my system alarm email alerts. Surely port 25 means this is email-related.
I've found and read the only other similar topic I've seen, but was not really able to apply it here. If I disable the Voicemail services on my servers, the alarms stop, but that's not really an ideal scenario. I've resolved this before, but it took an enitre server reboot and I really don't want to reboot my entire phone system every time VM decides to act up. If anyone has suggestions, then I'm all ears!
