Voicemail Pro System Announcements Continuous Loop

Hi ALl

i have a 500v2 on version 8.1 (65) with VMP as you record your name for system announcements and confirm with a # it just loops and prompts you with the same message.

Any ideas?

to add onto that last note it never allows you into the voicemail box

I have tried that but to no avail, is there anything else you could recommend?

I may look into upgrading the VM

failing a VM pro reboot try rebooting the IPO

I have seen this once before but cannot remeber exactly what resolved it.
