Voicemail Pro star codes

Hi team, I have a site running IPO R9, the client wants to change the holiday greetings and asking if this can be done using the star codes on the extension phones.

Is there a way we can listen to the current greeting, record a new and activate the new using the star codes?

Do we know if this can be done or do we always have to use the VM pro to change and save greetings?

You can build a shortcode to point to a module in VM Pro with a menu that says something such as "to change the daytime greeting, press 1. To change the night greeting, press 2".

Point options 1 and 2 to an 'edit play list' option, specify the WAV file you want to change, and you'll be prompted to listen to, record or save the greeting. Follow the prompts to record, and when done press 3 to save. Done.
