Voicemail Pro Set Parameter Query

Hi,

I want to have a call flow to update some features on the callers IP Office settings such as setting a call forward number and was using Select Generic Command/Change User or Group Configuration/Set feature within Voicemail Pro

I am trying to use the "From User\Group Mailbox" with $NAM to dynamically set the user name to that of the caller, this doesn't work and I would rather not have a call flow for every user's name specifically referenced (although this does work)

Is there any way other way to do this I don't know about?

System is a 10.1 IP500v2 with Linux Application server.

The $NAM variable is a pointer to the recorded name of the user.
Use $CLI instead, it holds the number of the calling user if it is a internal call.
