Voicemail Pro Request PIN modue

Hi Guys

Has anyone changed the greetings within the request PIN module in voicemail Pro? I have tried to change them today but they keep reverting back to the original greetings. Running IPO V10.0.2

I haven't even looked at it, but if they are just wav files, maybe change the recording and then set the file to read-only?
